Information this site collects
This website does not currently provide user accounts, a custom checkout, or a first-party booking form. Basic technical information, such as device type, browser type, IP address, and requested pages, may be processed by the website host for security, reliability, and traffic delivery.
If analytics or additional forms are added later, this policy should be updated before those tools are enabled.
Booking and payment providers
Booking buttons may take you to Cal.com or another clearly identified service. Information you submit there is handled under that provider's own privacy policy. If payment is enabled through the booking provider, the payment processor will handle payment information under its own terms and privacy policy. Rob does not need or intend to receive your complete payment-card details.
Information you choose to share
You may choose to share your name, email address, scheduling information, intake responses, charts, screenshots, journal entries, or questions when arranging or attending a coaching session. This information is used to provide and administer the session, communicate with you, and respond to requests.
Sharing and retention
Information is not sold. It may be shared with service providers only as reasonably needed to operate the website, schedule or deliver sessions, process payments, or comply with applicable law.
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.

To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you have provided directly to Rob, contact robert.c.gioeli@gmail.com. Requests involving a third-party provider may also need to be directed to that provider.
