The 1 on 1 Trading Clarity Session is an educational coaching service. It is not personalized investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and it is not a trade-signal, copy-trading, brokerage, or account-management service.
You remain solely responsible for your trading, investing, and financial decisions.
Booking and payment
Available appointment times, intake questions, confirmations, and any payment flow may be provided through Cal.com and its connected service providers. Your booking is complete only when you receive confirmation from the booking provider.
Prices and offer details shown at the time of booking apply to that booking unless a clear correction is communicated before payment.
Session expectations
- Arrive on time with a stable internet connection and a device suitable for a video call.
- Bring only materials you have the right to share.
- Do not share account passwords, private keys, seed phrases, or other credentials.
- Do not ask Rob to access, control, or trade in any brokerage or exchange account.
- Treat the session and all participants respectfully.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by the Cancellation and Refund Policy published on this site.
Intellectual property
Website copy, original educational materials, and session resources remain the property of their respective owners. Your booking is for your own personal educational use and does not transfer ownership or grant permission to resell or redistribute materials.
No guarantee and limitation
Trading involves substantial risk. No particular outcome, profit, return, skill level, or trading success is promised or guaranteed. The service is provided in good faith for educational purposes.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you have questions about these terms, contact Rob before booking.
